Warranty terms:
Free warranty Service is provided during the warranty period specified in the warranty card. Repair of the product during the warranty period is free of charge. The warranty repair period, depending on its complexity, can be from 14 to 60 working days, excluding transportation time. The service life is equal to the warranty period.
The condition for free warranty service of the product you purchased is its operation in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions in the absence of mechanical, chemical or thermal damage.
The goods presented on the site may have a warranty from both the store and the manufacturer.
The category of goods that has a warranty from the manufacturer is serviced in authorized service centers of the brand, the contacts of which can be found on official resources or in the documentation included in the kit.

The seller guarantees that this product is free of defects at the time of initial sale.
The warranty is valid only if there is warranty card indicating the product serial number, which corresponds to the one indicated on the branded box. Free repairs are carried out only during the warranty period specified in this coupon.
No other product is provided during the repair.
Transportation of the defective product for repair is at the customer's expense.
The seller reserves the right to remove the product from the warranty in the following cases:
- violation of the preservation of warranty seals;
- if the product has traces of third-party interference or an attempt has been made to repair it yourself;
- if unauthorized design changes, painted panels, traces of manual soldering on the boards have been detected;
- if traces of exposure to an aggressive environment, moisture, foreign substances have been detected;
- if there were attempts to independently interfere with the operation of the software (change and obtain root rights).
Warranty obligations are waived in the following cases:
- damage during transportation;
- accidents (fire, flood, etc.);
- detection of foreign objects inside the product;
- breakage of seals (if any);
- severe external or internal contamination;
- traces of exposure to high temperature or open flame;
- the presence of mechanical, electrical, chemical damage.
The warranty does not applyon the charger, batteries, data cables, memory cards and other accessories included with the product.
The warranty does not apply to natural wear and tear of the product.
Product exchange and return
Exchange of goods of proper quality (without defects) is carried out if the following are preserved:
- product appearance;
- consumer properties, seals, labels, films;
- settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods.
- if there are no traces of use.
1. The buyer has the right to return to the seller a non-food product of proper quality if the product did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, style, color, size or for other reasons cannot be used by him for its intended purpose. The buyer has the right to return the product of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) days, excluding the day of purchase. The return of the product of proper quality is carried out if it has not been used and if its presentation, consumer properties, packaging, seals, labels have been preserved. The list of products that are not subject to return on the grounds provided for in this paragraph is approved by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine.
62. The buyer is refunded the cost of goods of proper quality within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment of receipt of such goods by the seller, provided that the requirements stipulated in clause 1 of the contract and the current legislation of Ukraine are met.
3. The cost of the goods is subject to refund by bank transfer to the buyer's account.
4. Return of goods of proper quality to the seller's address is carried out at the buyer's expense and the seller does not reimburse the buyer.
5. In the event of defects in the goods being discovered during the established warranty period, the buyer, in person, in accordance with the procedure and within the terms established by the legislation of Ukraine, has the right to present to the seller the requirements stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights". When presenting requirements for free elimination of defects, the period for their elimination is counted from the date of receipt of the goods by the seller at his disposal and physical access to such goods.
6. Consideration of the requirements stipulated by the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights" is carried out by the seller provided that the buyer provides documents stipulated by the current legislation of Ukraine. The seller is not responsible for defectsgoods that arose after its transfer to the buyer as a result of the buyer's violation of the rules for using or storing the goods, actions of third parties or force majeure.
7. The return of goods, in cases provided for by law and this agreement, is carried out at the address specified on the website in the "Contact Information" section.
8. In the event of the buyer's groundless and unjustified refusal to receive the goods after their delivery to the delivery point (ignoring the fact of the arrival of the ordered goods to the delivery point, failure to receive the goods at the delivery point within the time period allotted by the delivery service for its receipt, etc.), provided that the goods correspond to the buyer's order, the seller has the right to demand and receive from the buyer compensation (compensation) for all losses caused by such actions (the cost of delivering the goods, etc.) in the manner determined by the seller at its sole discretion, including by crediting (offsetting) the funds that were paid by the buyer as a deposit or full prepayment for the goods to compensate for such losses (in this case, the buyer's consent to crediting (offsetting) the funds is not required).
9. In the event of a need to determine the cause of the loss of quality of goods whose warranty period has not expired, the examination is carried out at the seller's expense. If the examination proves that the defects arose after the transfer of the goods to the buyer due to his violation of the established rules of use, storage or transportation, or the actions of third parties, the buyer's claims for termination of the contract and the return of the amount paid for the goods or the replacement of the goods with the same or similar goods from among those available to the seller shall not be satisfied, and the buyer shall be obliged to reimburse the seller for the costs of conducting the examination and the related costs of the buyer for delivering the goods for examination.
Accessories
Unpacked accessories are subject to return. If there was an attempt to unpack and repack (especially this applies to PE packaging or blisters) - the product cannot be returned. The exception is a factory defect.
According to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "On Protection of Consumer Rights", the Consumer has the right to exchange the goods of proper quality for a similar one from the seller within 14 days (excluding the day of purchase), if the goods did not satisfy him in shape, dimensions, color or cannot be used by him for its intended purpose, provided that the goods were not used (not activated), and their presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, films are preserved, and the settlement document issued to the consumer together with the sold goods is present.
